Be calm, present, set intentions, meditate, journal, establish affirmations and practice self-awareness.  This allows us to determine what we value and want in life. It won’t always be easy, often it means getting comfortable in those uncomfortable moments and facing deep truths within ourselves. The journey of our mind is tough but is also one of the most rewarding growths we will experience.


What we put in and on our body is a form of self-respect. When it comes to food we are the anti-diet. Eat real food full of delicious nutrients, then calorie counting and yo-yo dieting is no longer necessary. Nourishing also goes well beyond food. Self-care routines and the products we use on ourselves are just as important. Our body is our temple, how we treat and love our bodies is imperative to look and feel our best.


 This can occur in many ways, shapes and forms –  exercise, stretch, dance, take a walk, hit up a class or go for a run.  Do what works and is accessible for you, even if it’s only for 20 minutes a day.


A value that is often overlooked. Intentionally acting compassionately towards ourselves, to others and to the world is what allows us to create lasting communities and loving relationships.


Finances can be a component of abundance but it’s much more than that. An abundant life is full of love, support and energy that makes us feel our best. When we feel abundance we are able to genuinely express gratitude and receive what we want to receive.
